- Loops — Email communications (if you opt in to marketing emails)
Additionally, dictionary lookups use external APIs (Jisho, Tatoeba) to provide definitions and example sentences. These lookups are anonymous and do not include your personal information.
We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which may be located outside of Japan. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
- Secure password hashing
- Row-Level Security policies to isolate user data
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
